Meet Yura Kaiiri ^^ Her name was somehow reeaaally easy to came up with haha xDD
This is Parr's older sister and I swear she likes to bully him <33 In a lovingly way of course haha (NOT >_O!)
Parr's hometown is sort of ruled by the City Council/CC (.. not it's not a city, it's a town >_O!) and each individual member of the CC is called an Elder.
Yura is also in this council and therefore she's also called an Elder <3
