Omigod I coloured it taadaaahh <33 haha
Lol I know I previously said that her hair was meant to become red, but it somehow turned out white *__*'ll lol xDDD It suits her better, I think <333 yayy <333
anyways.. I got lazy with the background, so it sort of became like.. yaaay colours xDD haha
Anyways, she's a member of the city councel (CC) and with that she's called an Elder (all members of the CC are called an Elder).
She's Parr Kaiiri's older sister, and she's sort of evil in a playful way xDD they get along great~<333
Her bandages:
The reason she wears them, is because her special talent is summoning magic, and she's of the highest level. People that have acquired the highest level in summoning magic apply tattoos onto their own body, which will permanently serve as summoning tattoos ^^~
