Babes & Blades: Capt. Jeanette LaFite & Scylia

Another addition to my Babes & Blades artwork gallery. Kindly note that I made some changes in the format that I changed the B&B artwork. From here, you'll be seeing two characters in one single artwork, not two separate ones as done before.

I've always been fascinated by pirates, their adventures, treasures, plunder, and of course, the sweet outfits.

Capt. Jeanette LaFite and Scylia are two such characters inspired by this fascination.

If guy Pirates were cool, certainly women Pirates would be simply SWEET!!!

Capt. Jeanette LaFite is armed with the standard pirate sword, although, I thought it would be a nice touch to mix the length, and the 'cup hand guard' design of the Rapier and the bladed curved design of the Cutlass.

Scylia is armed with two weapons, the Carribean Machete, and a small version of the Gladius with a modified tip (spade).

I was a little apprehensive in shading this artwork (save for the Pirate Flag and the mist) because it's the first one I made with two characters that are in close contact.

Hopefully, you guys like this new format like you did the previous ones.
