Drawn waiting for class, updated in photoshop at home. Title because I couldn't get his lips to look right when I was drawing it, and because I forgot to erase the scribble that calls him that just above his head.
It's a weak first submission. But if anyone has any advice on how to improve it I'll probably use it when I'm revising.

It's fantastic. "Mr. Fishlips" doesn't suit him. He's too pretty for it. ^^
