My entry for the Flower Characters Contest. She's suppose to represent the flower Plumeria, which, is commonly found in tropical climates. Its also the flower used in Hawaiian leis (because it has a really beautiful fragrance).
Therefore, I think a Hawaiian girl fits best. XD
