Hmm...this one was odd. I tried to draw the scarf but it just didnt work out, so I drew it and shaded it then filled in the black and white scarf FROM the picture. The hair i also highlited in photoshop.

It looks like him, and I quite like the expression on his face. The shading is..interesting, I have to admit it looks a bit messy. But other than that, great job :-)

I thought as i'd commented on your other pics I'd comment on this one too. I think its pretty good. The shading on this one doesn't look as effective as it does on your other drawings it looks a bit messy. The lighting on his hair though looks really realistic and effective. I also like his eyes and mouth the shading on thoese individual features makes them look really realistic. Good job xxx
