Chibi Bulbasaur....I just tried to upload this, and I was logged out.. so.. trying again...
Anyway, this is a test to see if this site can handle transparencies. If it can this be the start of 151 chibi pokemon. If not, I'll remove it.
I drew this a while ago, so not all that proud of it. I like my ivysaur a lot better. :P
