B is also for Bulimia Nervosa. Bulimia Nervosa is a condition brought on by one atempting to keep themselves skinny as possible. The mindset of said persons is that of constant fear that they may be overwieght and that others are always staring at them and judging them. This last part is also known as the Spotlight Effect.
