Mina Wakatabe

A new OC that I designed and a freind helped come up with the concept and her abilities. She's like Yamato, her DNA was tampered with and infused with the second Hokage's. This resulted in her having excellent water based abilities. This has given her the nickname "Stormy". She also made it to Jounin pretty fast, around when she was 18 or so.

She's a carefree girl who loves life. She doesn't have much luck with finding a boyfriend though, mostly because people are kinda freaked out by her obsession about being tied up. She'll find a guy someday!

A beautiful red haired, tomboyish girl... who had something for the Fourth Hokage? Is there something going on here?
