It's Bill!
I heart anything Bill/Fleur. It's such a sweet cannon couple!
There used to be a giant disembodied Fleur head in the background, but it just looked too weird. If the head was too close, Bill looked as though he was strangling her, and if the head was too far away, it was just a random floating head. meh.
If you're wondering why he has claws, it's 'cause (in my own little world) the bite by Fenrir Greyback turned him into a kind of mutant half-werewolf.
I can't foreshorten worth a darn.

This is really cool! I love how you draw bill. In my mind that really looks like him. As for his half-wolfishness, I totally think its creative and awesome! *faves*
