This pic is 100% made by meeee! I made the background in a computer class last school year.
Anyway, a while back, I realized that I hadn't drawn a dragon in more than a year, so I drew this one...The dragon was originally red, but I thought that it contrasted too much with the background...

I made the dragon in "Flash" and the background in the 3D modeling program "Bryce."
