I was reading The Shop on Blossom Street by Debbie Macomber and it had a really simple sounding pattern in the front of it. The pattern was for an item that was actually used by characters in the story and I thought that was really neat so I decided to try to knit the blanket. It went very well and I had lots of fun. =^_^=
