OMG! He's wearing a skirt! And he's happy about it!! XD

This is my entry for KrazyPerson's contest. I could draw her oc, Cyan, in whatever I wanted, so I chose a sailor school uniform! Heh...heh...heh... >:D

Hope it's ok! (yes I know his head is ten times too big for his body...I did it on purpose...honest I did...<.< >.>)
