There was a "Wizard of Oz tribute night" on the TCM channel, so I drew a Dorothy. I drew this while watching "The Wiz" (in which Micheal Jackson had the role of the Scarecrow and someone named Nipsey Russel was the Tinman), so I'm amazed that it turned out looking like the Dorothy of the original movie. X3
