This is an illustration for an upcoming story idea I had. >_>
As you can probably guess, Gallows gets himself kidnapped and brainwashed by a bunch of baddies the group is trying to fight off. As for who they are or what they're trying to do, I'm still writing.
Brainwashing/memory loss isn't the most original idea, yes, but it's how it's pulled off in each series that makes it interesting. Gallows doesn't have anything pushed on him or turns evil or anything like that. They simply wipe his memory clean and then "take him in" when he regains consciousness. Being the loyal person that he is, he works with them to repay them for their kindness of the amnesia they inflicted upon him. :( When he meets the group, he doesn't recognize them at all and is even forced to fight them several times.
I'm really eager to write this...I may even do a "practice comic" and post it online just so everyone can see. ^_~
