Or as I affectionately call it, "Mufasa meets Renamon".XD
It has a really long history. Let's see now... it began as this dragon/werewolf thing I was sketching(amazingly) and I was like, "This is actually pretty cool."Then it slowly evolved(no pun intended) into a more ferrety bear something or other, and then to this.

This is supposed to be something of a lost glitch pokemon. You know, something like MissingNo. but not really. MissingNo. is more like a spirit thingie. This is actually a pokemon that was removed from the game. Although it has a numeral name, well, that's its name unless anyone cane come up with something better...

It's supposed to be 21.XO, not XO. The system won't allow numeral names... >_>
