Blue Leaves in all

This is a computer art project which I've been working for most of this last half of the year. It has been interrupted with assignments and other drawings, but I can't stand leaving it for so long so I'm adding/I've added what I've done at the moment.

I did this by scratch, no lineart or drawing aid scanned in.
I started with a very raw sketch with my mouse on photoshop, then started colouring the skin, eyes, hair and clothing. It took me a long time to stay with one hairstyle.

This is the longest CG work I've ever completed, although I didn't really try that hard with the clothing. The hair is so-so but doesn't look very cool. Her face doesn't look right especially her eyes; her left eye wasn't done very well hence the fringe covering most of it. I just made a random background which doesn't look very cool as I'm still learning how to photoshop and CG... Oh and the light looks fake, well to me it does as I've seen better... -.-"

There is another version which I like better because you can't see my horrible CG skill. It's darker (so you can't see my bad CG skills...) and I can't wait to add it up, but you must see what it really looks like or it wouldn't be fair. Well I just thought it was better than this one.

I'm still pretty proud as it is probably the best CG art I've done this year (which is pretty sad but I'm happy since i'll do better at some stage) unless I happen to work tirelessly on another piece before December ends and I won't because I'm too lazy.
