Morning.

I started this picture/artwork a few years ago and painstakingly painted(photoshop) on and off, and re-edited things that just looked terrible months later.

Out of all my wips, this one looked the most finished and I'm okay with the end result, knowing that I can't make it any better if I keep trying to edit it. I'm a perfectionist and so that's my excuse for not updating frequently in 2010... OTL

Well, my new year aim, despite this year being very busy with school and exams for me, will be to show you all my wips finished!

About the picture specifically

This artwork was mainly to practice my Photoshop skills/trying out different style hence the sheer boredom radiating from it and lack of conceptual meaning. orz

I didn't model this person on anyone in real life as... it's like manga/anime style-ish/realism which ironically is unreal. Plus with the lack of detail of anime, I found out the hard way that all the characters I drew somehow ended up to be Raito EVEN THIS GUY somehow must be him, "just coz he has da buroun aiezu an' da brown hea!" - probably some subconscious desire for him. I joke...

The background was on a whim and so was the tree.

I imagine someone sneaking up on him, and he turns around angrily : P And there is a sense of turbulence with the angled background reinforcing his anger.... totally D:
