The chains of the Past

Not sure if this goes under Macabre & Horror but it leaves a painful feeling in my gut so that's why it's in the catagory for now.

Yes people I know I rarely draw things like this but >_< I guess you could say I am rather upset at a few things. Accually this is also done to show a particular part in a later chapter of The Beginning, which I will probably start working on again really soon

Anyway yeah for those people who think Shadow's a weakling hehe think again, try going for almost 2 weeks without and good food or water to live off of and being chained up with minimal movement ability. Yeah that's what this image is supposed to show, a point when Shadow is accually supposed to be in a more.... pained state instead of the usual either happy go lucky or pissed off looks I am always drawing her in. Although she has that "Come near me and I will snap you in two." Look on her face I was trying to get a more tortured/pained look on her body I cannot draw a 'skinny' look with ribs so yeah that turned out crappy at first .> oh well first attempt at doing something like this well something more detailed like this anyway.

Now I am pretty sure everyone is wondering how in the WORLD did Shadow end up like this in the first place. Well in The Beginning (Prepare for a slight spoiler, if you hate them then don't read ahead) this accually happens because someone betrays Jen (AKA me) and well turns me into Hojo for being experimented on, although at that particular time this particular person didn't know he was going to do THIS to me

Edity Edit Story Time

Ok since last night I didn't feel like typing up the story to this I am going to type it up now

Walking down a dark hall towards the lab a woman had a grunt look on her face. "I hate going to that place, the smell is enough to kill." she muttered to herself as she got to the door. Walking in she looked around, covering her nose with her arm due to the dank rotten smell of things she wouldn't want to find out about. "I just need to get that stupid report and get out of here." the thought passed through her head as she walked into the lab farther, the sound of chains russling made the womans attention turn towards a darker area of the room. Being curious she walked over, her shoes making a sort of squish like sound when she stepped in something, kneeling down for a second she took a look at the red substance she had stepped in "Blood? But from what?" the thought passed through her mind only for a second as she looked back up into a pair of mako looking green eyes. Apparently she had drawn the attention of the creature that was chained up and got a little to close for comfort.

Several chains were on the dragons body, most of them being on the wings tightly holding them in place. The muzzle on the creatures mouth seemed to do it's job as the dragon tried to snarl but couldn't open it's maw enough to do so. Ribs were starting to be seen and the black scales were littered with fresh flesh wounds and deep gashes. The maroon colored main that ran down the length of the dragons back was matted and even torn off in several places. Shifting only slightly the dragon managed to get into a sort of sitting postion, which for her was hard to hold due to the chains on her tail. Her eyes looked at the womans, they showed hatred towards the woman and the feeling that she would want to kill her if she got to close.

Getting up Jess ( That is the woman hehe yeah Jen doesn't like Jess at ALL now .> ) slowly walked over looking at the dragon closely, she already knew who it was but to see her in such a condition was rather... disturbing to say the least. Looking down at the claws she saw that each one had been broken and shattered, probably for some safety reason, her horns had large cracks in them and same with her tusks. Hearing a low growl come from the creature Jess sighed "Oh stop your belly acheing Jen."

Letting out a sort of hiss like sound the black dragon stood back up nudging Jess away with her head as she growled. She didn't want the woman near her much less in her sight anymore, Jess had gone to far as to turn Jen into Hojo this time and now she didn't want anything to do with the turk. "Get away from me." the words were muffled but the muzzle but they were clearly heard by Jess.

"I didn't know he would do this to you all right."

"You don't know anything about Hojo."

"I knew enough. But I didn't expect him to do this to you, I mean..."

"Just get out of here, I don't want to hear you talk to me." turning her head away, only slightly due to the chains Jen let out a soft gruttled growl.

"Your just as arrogant as ever, even when your about to die." Jess stated crossing her arms "I'm not going to leave you here like this, I didn't want Hojo to do this to you."

"HAH you caring for me, you just want to get me out of her so you can just kill me off." The dragon let out a laugh hearing what the other woman had said, after all hearing something like that come out of her mouth, it was just hilarious to begin with. "You always wanted to see me croak, just so you could laugh at my misfortune. To hear you say that your not going to leave me here well that's just hilarious."

Jess narrowed her eyes "Would you stop making so much noise, I can at least get you out of here so you can get back up to your 'lovers' house and heal up." smirking she realized that her words sunk into Jen that time since the dragon tossed a cold hard glare in her direction.

Ok me ending it there yeah something that might go into the part of The Beginning when this happens. Sorry sorry for such a HUGE edit but I wanted to write up that story part I told you guys about lol. Thanks so much if you read all this
