Starlight Dreams - Hikari

I made this up one time *doesn't remember when one time is...* ^^ well for starters, like most of my pics I drw it with pencil, scanned it then colored it on Photoshop 5.0 The character is Hikari (my character) Note: She has a true love...but that is a secret >.> lolz nevermind, anyways, I made the backround on photoshop too.. this entire thing took an advrage....... 4 hours I guess maybe more. n_n<br />
