Sir Alan Sugar, best-known as the boss from The Apprentice UK. I did this portrait as a present for the man himself. My Dad has worked with him for over 35 years since he started the business from scratch and very recently Alan announced his retirement. We thought it would be a good idea to give him a portrait as a leaving gift. My dad's going to give it to him tomorrow as far as i'm aware. It took me bloody ages and -apart from the beard, which i was driven crazy by- i think it has been pretty damn successful!
