No idea who this is or where its from =/. My first dabble into Anime. Saw a tiny picture of it on the table in my art class, decided to scale it up... with my mind 0.o Any who, turned out good i think. As well as to be expected for being anime. =D

Yah, you'd be surprised what you can get a pencil to do when you know how =)
