OK this is actually a manga series that I know very few have ever read because 1 it wasn't all that popular and 2 it got cancelled after the second volume. Which made me cry. This is Hea-Mo-Soo who is an evil General that takes over an empire. It's really cool! ^-^ This was done in Prisma colors but the skin tone is actually from the paint program on my comp XP
