Littleface

"Littleface" Finney was a mobster in the 1990 movie Dick Tracy. He gets killed at the beginning of the movie while playing poker with a group of other mobsters. I thought he looked cool, (plus he wore a bright orange suit) so I paused the movie and drew him. He was played by Lawrence Steven Meyers.
There is an actual medical condition that causes people to be born with normal sized heads and tiny facial features, but I don't know it's name...no offence is intended to anyone with such a condition, of course.
