Littleface again

I think I've figured out how they did this character. He was only seen in extreme close-ups or from behind, so I think that they used a huge mask and large clothes to give the impression that he had a normal sized face with small features, but could only shoot him full length from behind or they'd show he really had a normal sized head with normal sized features...Make Sense?<br />
