Borad

The Borad was a scientist who was mutated by one of his experiments. He decided to kill of everyone on his planet, and start a new race with the Doctor's companion, Peri, whom he intended to mutate like himself. He was defeated by the 6th Doctor and author H.G. Wells, and sent through a time/space thingy to Loch Ness, where he became one of the several alien creatures identified as the Loch ness Monster.<br />
