Some rough sketches of my Seahorse Merman, Togorogiri (Toe-Goro-Gili).<br />
He's tall, skinny, and has bony plates sticking out of his body as armor. He's a friendly Merman who lives on the fringes of Merman and Human society, but he can kick tail if he needs too....I put his gills on his abdomen instead of his neck, just 'cause...<br />
