Description
The things on Sho's back are "Boost-Stimulus Tissue", at least, according to VIZ's lousy translation...they are used to call the Guyver to Sho from it's home dimension...long story. He can also sense and communicate with other Guyvers through these.
This is based on a cel I saw on Ebay, with a number of my own additions.
