I saw this interesting fellow in the background at Arlong Park in One Piece vol.#8 It was a very tiny pic, only his arms up, but I thought he looked cool and decided to draw him. He was one of the Mermen watching as Nami jumped into the water to save Zolo ...<br />
I think he may be an Oarfish Merman, I can't tell, really.<br />
