Wiper, full length

WIPER-SAMA! I drew this from a great German One Piece CCG card I found online and some production sketches. The German name is "Viper", which sounds a heck of a lot better than "Wiper", but most English sites seem to call him Wiper, so I'm going with that...
His mohawk is, in color, a beautiful shade of purple.
