Berzerker (The Original)

Before there was an X-Men: Evolution character called Berzerker, there was a comic book character by that name. In X-Factor #11, Berzerker was the leader of a group of Morlocks called "Tunnelers", and he had electrical powers, just like Ray. When the Morlocks were massacred, Berzerker, his girlfriend Scaleface, and a few other Tunnelers survived (Blowhard and Masque), but ran into trouble with a street gang (The Savage Wolf Gang), and then X-Force. Scaleface was killed by police officers when that idiot Cyclops blasted the crate she was hiding behind, and Berzerker went crazy. He tried to kill everyone, but was knocked into the water while fully charged, and his electrical powers + water killed him. He's NOT the same person as Ray Crisp from X-Men:Evolution, but may be an alternate reality version...
