It's CHABO! That psychotic little Merma-phobe from Gosa Village! Well, Arlong DID kill his father, but that's no reason to hate ALL Mermen. He did try to kill Ussop when he mistook him for a Merman ; ) mwahahahahhaahha
Chabo needs serious counseling...Poor kid.
The likeness isn't that good, but I've been wanting to draw Chabo for a while, so here he is, Chabo-Chan!

there's nothing wrong with trying to kill Usopp....i would if i didn't think he looked like a merman....like his expression. ^_~
