Description
I saw this character in the bonus story in the back of RK Vol. 3. He was working for the villain of the story, and was easily defeated along with the dozen or so other baddies by Kenny. He was only in a couple of tiny pictures, but I thought he looked so cool and wild I decided to draw him. He apparently has no name.
