Jake Simmonds

Jake Simmonds was in the episodes "Rise of the Cybermen", "Age of Steel", "Army of Ghosts" and "Doomsday". He was a member of Rickey Smith's (later Mickey Smith's) gang fighting Lumic and the Cybermen, and later helping to fight the Daleks. He's from an alternate earth.

A very cool character. He has a great accent. His eyes are blue, but it's hard to show that in B&W. I had trouble with his hair, but in real life it's awesome.

I don't know if it's finished or not.
