Grand Duchess Tatiana was the second oldest daughter of Czar Nicholas II and Czarina Alexandra. She is the younger sister of Olga, and the older sister of Maria, Anastasia, and Alexie... They were all doomed to death because of their status, and were all executed by the Bolsheviks in 1918... (Except Anastasia... I still beleive she escaped)<br />

The Romanovs are very speacial to me... Although they are long since gone, they still have a speacial place in my heart. What happened to them was uncalled for and very brutal. They were all canonized as saints in 2000. <br />

Rest in peace, Passion Bearers/Holy Martyrs...

your art is wonderful.

When I learned about Russian History I was fascinated with the Romanov Dynasty. I do agree about what you think about the Bolsheviks. What they did was uncalled for. That was probably my favorite section in history that I learned about. And I enjoy doing research on them.

She looks so cute! I love her elf ears. Her face just seems to match the ears. Nice combo!

Yeah, I agree that they were slaughtered unnecessarily, but Alexandra didn't exactly think logically when she believed Rasputin could heal her son. But that's the only think I don't like about the family.
