Knights of the Old Republic

NOT. based on the KotOR games and such. The Twi'Lek is Ira, and the Zabrak is Melaay.

Ira and Melaay were good friends while growing up. Ira's master was a double agent and began influencing his Padawan in the ways of the Dark Side, telling her that they were the true secrets of the Jedi and it was a test all Padawans would have to face so she shouldn't talk to any of them of their training. She was eight when that began. Melaay noticed her friend's temper would flare up without control. When Ira was about fifteen or so she left the Jedi Order to join her master as Dark Jedi plotting the coup against Darth Sidious.

Melaay picked up on some un-Jedi like habits from spending time with Ira, but she was too loyal to the Jedi and Republic to ever turn.Eventually her slight lack of discipline resulted in the death of her former master, Shenan, on a mission and her recklessness endangered several other members of the team. Upon the request of the council, Melaay left the order.
