Very realistic and good shading. The hair is excellent. However, my one criticism is that he does indeed look cross-eyed. Tis a little off-putting.

My first reaction was that this was great.

My second reaction was that he looked cross-eyed.

My third reaction was that this is, in fact, a really good picture and that my second reaction should be punished.

Wow....oh my gosh I can never draw realism.
The hair is so good...the eyes are awesome, but for some reason I feel like he is a doll staring...odd
But this is so good! Great job!
