You definitely need to work more on your body proportions. He looks really stiff - this is probably caused by the fact that his shoulders are like two blocks. Let them hang naturally.His face is pretty wide - you should try narrowing it a bit. The feet are kind of lopsided. One of them doesn't have a heel. xD
