Sly and Carmelita ~ A Love Hate Relationship

Some Sly Cooper related online club started a contest when I was on vacation, however I couldn't get it started without a few decent references of one of the characters to draw. And as soon as I managed to scourange one last week, it's time I got the image down.<br />
The contest is basically asking for artwork showing a romantic relationship between Sly Cooper himself, and the hot vixen police inspector that was Carmelita Montoya Fox.<br />

Those of you who were familiar with my rather cheesy looking Sly Cooper art archive ( http://www.angelfire.com/extreme4/sly_cooper/Rexy.html ) can see that I wanted to develop experience by not only trying as much Sly imagery as possible but also to practice other characters, even if I didn't get the chance to try Sir Raleigh or Muggshot. When it came to attempting Carmelita in "Sly goin' down", I then noticed that I can't draw her for kicks. -_-;<br />
So yeah, comparing this image to my past work I'm surprised on how far I went since then. ^^ Not only did I end up doing a beefier (and dare I say it, sexier O.O) variation on Sly, but also I improved upon Carmelita's posture. <br />
The reason why I thought of them with a "love hate relationship" was because of their roles in the game - Sly's portrayed as a character strongly in love with Carmelita herself, whom is just focused on one task only - jailing him for his crimes. I take that expression's there so that she can trick him in the last minute? o.O<br />
