Dangers of Tomorrow ~ Too Many Changes

When a rotten week falls in front of you - and I mean stubborn brothers, a friend in hospital and dodgy net connections - you can tell that artwork that reflects on your emotions has to fit with the times. Add to the fact that I had this idea for a while but I had to wait a while to draw it out, not until I show Crista Tasai's fate in "The Dangers of Tomorrow" anyway. Anyhow, here's the scene I tried to reflect upon Crista's brief return to Haven City, just after the ending for Jak II. So much can change in the space of the eight years she left it - Metal Heads attacked the city, Baron Praxis was killed by them, the Krimzon Guard was replaced by the Freedom League... see what I'm getting at?<br />
Due to the expression Crista's showing here, it seems as though she's better off back at her hideaway at Spargus City.<br />

Must admit, I liked how I managed to color it, especially with the statue effects. This is what you get after a lot of time with a number 2 pencil and a copper crayon while sitting in front of a TV for most of last night. :P<br />
