Sly Cooper ~ Prince of Thieves

Another contest entry put down - better doing it now than forgetting later on. XD<br />

This time it's for a Sly Cooper club outside the site, where their second contest is taking place. We're still awaiting the results of the first one, but that's beyond the point. ^_^; Anyhow, the contest taking place now is that you draw Sly and the gang starring in your favorite movie. I found it hard to find out what is my favorite movie, ever since you know I don't watch much. o_O;<br />

Eventually, that question cropped up in my "ask me 3 questions" phase, and so I had to let one movie stand out - "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves".<br />
<br />
So... yeah. The five main characters from the first Sly game are portrayed here, all within the use of a den at Sherwood Forest. Sly's shown as the title character - although a bit less detailed than what the main character had himself, I still thought it was fun to layer down. Besides, I didn't have the time to draw all them buckles across his body. X.x<br />
In front of him are Bentley as Aseem (a Moorish captive that Robin freed during his time fighting the Crusades at the start of the film), and Murray as Little John. I probably thought their costumes were fun to tackle, especially Bentley's, but... by the looks of things, most people will look at him and see him more as Friar Tuck. :P<br />
And on the flying banners between Sly are Carmelita as Maid Marian (can admit, her costume was fun :D), and Clockwerk as the Sherrif of Nottingham. I often have a hard time drawing that bird, but I am still very relieved with how it came out.<br />

Anyhow, wish me luck... again ^^<br />
