Waiting (Ignitus)

Eap. I thought I uploaded this earlier, but nevermind. It's here now, I guess?

Once again it tackles my Legend of Spyro fetish, and for this image in particular, I ended up going for an excuse to have a stab at drawing Ignitus.

The thing about the various Dragon guardians in the game is that they have the capabilities to witness various prophecies involved, and in the case of Ignitus that came with the bonus of sensing the thoughts of others. So we can only wonder what kind of strange premonitions are coming on the horizon, yet regardless of what happens they're bound to arrive in one form or another.

While the game in question is particularly dark, somehow it ended up looking like a scene from The Lion King. o_O But never mind about that - I thought it seemed fun to have a further try at a quadruped, which isn't easy as the dragon guardians are seen to be really, REALLY detailed in terms of patterns and part structures.

Somehow I might want to tackle the other three Dragon Guardians, but it's in what kind of scenario that I will need to figure out how to place them in. Watch this space.....

Ignitus, like all the other chars in the game, belongs to the game corporation that is Sierra. Or is it Vivendi? Bah, they're one and the same.
