Perseus, Slayer of Medussa

This is a bit more recent, but still from about December of 2005. I really love this picture. I drew it for my little brother for his birthday. He loves Greek Mythology.<br />

Speaking of which, this is a scetch of the Greek Hero, Perseus, who was a son of Zeus and one of the earlier heroes. He's an ancestor of Hercules and also the man who slayed the great gorgon, Medussa. He's holding her head in his hand. I drew her without any pupils because it was rumored that if you looked into her eyes, you would turn to stone. <br />
