Despite his dragon like features, he is not a dragon. He is a demon posing as a dragon. Because of this, the real dragons who were once respected as a noble race, are now shunned as enimies.
Deamic plans to gain the power of the Eastern Zodiac Dragon, Tatsu, along with the other 11 Zodiac animals.
