Okay, here we go. (This is gonna be so long. ._.)

1) The idea for the pairing happened after about a year of watching FOP obsessively. I have always LOVED the show, but next to obsessing over FOP, I was such an obsessive slasher (like I am now). I wanted so desperately to find a slash couple in FOP because it's my most favourite show of all time. Well, about two years ago, I saw the episode "Where's Wanda?" and the moment that Cosmo asked Timmy if he'd hold him on the pier, I got a very unique idea. "Hmm... What about fluffy Cosmo/Timmy slash?" I had thought about it a lot that day, and finally decided, "Yes, I have found my OTP. *nods*"

2) Okay, well, after discovering my weird love for the couple, I started to see other things in the show that I had NOT noticed before. I mean, there are a ton of quotes that make me think SLASH thoughts. Hm, one example that I can think of off the top of my head?

Cosmo: *talking to Wanda and Timmy about his Diary* Well, if I had a secret, which I'm not saying I do...

Um, how can that not make me think of slash? Anyway, I find the couple to be quite plausible. There are TONS of hints in the show. Believe me. Some episodes don't have any, but I've watched them all (except for one, that hasn't aired in the US yet *growls*), and a lot of them give hints for the slash.

But remember when I said that I wanted so desperately to find a slash couple in this show? Besides Cosmo/Timmy, I have found hints to a lot of other pairings, some of which would be Juandissimo/Cosmo, Chip/Timmy, Chester/Timmy, and Anti-Cosmo/Cosmo.

Oh, and I know a lot of people who don't like Cosmo/Timmy because of Timmy's age. Well, looking at it in a more 'shounen ai/yaoi' way, I make Timmy older. But keeping him at the age of 10 like in the show and still slashing him with Cosmo, I see their relationship staying at cute and caring. Nothing over the edge.

I mean, PLEASE don't get me wrong. People that don't like the fact that I slash characters from this show always seem to stereotype me as someone who HATES the canon/straight couples. I DON'T. I support EVERY canon couple in the show, along with Vicky/Timmy. And ESPECIALLY Wanda/Cosmo. There is one couple I can't STAND, though, and that's Trixie/Timmy (mainly because it's more of an 'omg she's so pretty and popular I must date her' kinda thing. I hate that.) But any other couple in the show, I love. But considering I'm a slash fan, I just enjoy drawing slash more than anything out there. It's what makes me a unique person. I have an opinion on something, and I'm not forcing it on anyone. I'm just doing what I believe in, and I really enjoy doing it.

I hope that cleared some stuff up for you. I didn't throw in every Cosmo/Timmy hint out there because it would take up a lot MORE space, but I'm sure that after reading this, you'll start to see what I'm talking about when you're watching the show. That doesn't mean 'I hope you get into the slash too.' It means 'Notice what I'm talking about so you'll understand my reasoning better.' ^_^;; Chao~
