Well... Lemme explain.

Seme is a Japanese word referring to the dominant male in a yaoi pairing. Uke refers to the submissive male. In this case, Timmy was TRYING to be the seme, but failed miserably. XD;;; In ALL of my Cosmo/Timmy fanart pieces, Timmy is always the uke, while Cosmo is the seme. Why? I just... can't see it any other way. Timmy's way too innocent to be the seme... But hey, I can think of only one way he CAN be the seme, and that would be along the lines of 'Cosmo-the-yaoi-sensei.' *laughs*

So yeah. Pretty much it's just this:
Seme = Top; gives; in control
Uke = Bottom; recieves
