Now here's a blast from the past! I drew this way back in 11th grade, right after finishing reading Moby Dick (I swear I was the only person in my class that actually read that book). I had this random idea that I could draw the entire cast as dragons, and to make a weird idea even crazier, I thought it would be hilarious if I parodied that Crossing the Delaware picture. You know, the one with George Washington in a boat and those guys in the back holding up the American flag...<br />

So here we have it.<br />

I originally had quotes for all of the characters, but they're on the back of the paper. I scanned this picture ages ago, so I don't have the original on hand at the moment. In any case, I was very fond of it at the time, although I'm sure it won't make any sense to you unless you've read the book. And *nobody's* read the book besides me. XD<br />

Colored with Crayola colored pencils because that's what I had back in high school.
