Andy and Tarah- Battle Type

My characters Andy and Tarah, wearing their battle duds. Andy's clothes are called Shockbreaker Gear; special fabrics interwoven with micro circuitry. When Andy is under attack, the Shockbreaker Gear kicks in, blunting the blow with a opposing feedback pulse. If it takes too much damage, however, it shorts out.
