i think i finally figured out paintshop pro 9! ;0 i discovered how to do lineart. the answer is quite simple, actually. xD but i didn't figure it out until about a year after my grandma bought it for me. the answer? layers. xD so simple, yet i didn't figure it out for such a long time! man, i'm a dork. xDD
