Ok, a little about color:
-Your base skin tone here is really nice - that's good. Now lift your arm up and look at the color of the shadow. It might be brown; if that's the case, find another light. But if you can see the blue in there, you're doing good. So for the shadows in the skin here, try with the skin tone you've got as the base, the darker tone you used as a shadow in this picture, and then a (very low opaccity) blue after that. NOT the blue you used for the jeans, but look back at your arm and see if you can find that color on the computer. I also really like the color on the forehead - sort of a warm light purple. That's a nice color to use for light shadows.
-For the hair, use maybe a richer yellow and a light tan for the shadows. The burn tool makes her hair look dirty. I can't help much here - just experiment and see what you like best.
